Mata Ortiz Pottery Shard Pendants are broken shards of pottery that have been worked into unique pieces of jewelry. Nahuatl Indian Agustin Torres Beltran from Taxco Mexico hand forms a setting from .950 silver to fit each shard perfectly. He creates a timeless and original piece of jewelry.
This pendant is 8″ long, from the clasp to bottom of the pendant. The pendant is 2″ x 1.25″ at widest point. The silver collar measures 5″ across and 6′” in length. The shard is a striking red with black stripe triangular shape.
